Earthmoving and plumbing come together at Young Plumbing & Excavations, an Ormeau company formed in 2007 with the aim of being a one stop shop for plumbing, civil work included, for residential and commercial developers. Since 2018 it has offered earthworks, drainage, plumbing and gas fitting, and it contracts its plumbing and drainage crews to development companies working on residential, commercial and civil projects across Queensland. Plumbing work covers rough in and fit offs, gas fitting, fire services, tagged and tested backflow prevention and thermostatic mixing valves, and solar hot water and heat pumps. Drainage work includes stormwater, sewer, polyethylene welding for sewer connections and in ground poly and concrete tanks. The machinery side hires out excavators, bobcats and tippers and handles house demolition, rock breaking and pool digs. Rated 5.0 from 2 Google reviews, both five stars.
